Your employees can request a change to their pension contributions at any time, but these changes will only be activated on each month's payroll. You enter the dates on which you will make changes to payroll onto your Maji portal, and Maji communicates this to all employees via their employee portal. You can change these dates on your pension scheme page, under point 2 (contributions). We recommend setting the date that changes will be applicable from to the 1st of each month, as payroll is usually set to run from this date to the end of the pay period.

Maji sends a reminder to you when an employee has requested a change to their savings rate that is due to be implemented in payroll that month.
